Waterpark fun! Yas water world

Mariam and I went to Yas Waterwolrd as a last bit of fun before she went off to germany! It was super expensive to go but luckily I had a voucher that got us a free entry ticket!
Mariam had been to Yas waterworld a few times but it was my first visit! I really enjoyed the rides! We first went on a roller-coaster which was super fun and we were the only ones on it so the controller let us go twice in a row. I loved the lazy river too because it was so relaxing. We also went into the wave pool and practised swimming and floating around. We even tried to do a double hand stand under water but it failed so bad XDD

my favourite ride...it was terrifying but we went on it about 3 times XD

 Selfies infront of the entrance

In the locker room :3 I borrowed Mariam's bikini and I'm wearing a playsuit from cotton on over it!
Later we relaxed by the pool just eating some shaved ice!
Overall it was a really nice experience and I had a super great time! If you plan on going I recommend LOTS of sunscreen (I don't burn easily but I had a serious tan line on my back) and bring vouchers too if you can because there are added costs for food, towels and lockers!

19th Birthday Party

Hi Hi,
Before I went to Lebanon I celebrated my 19th Birthday early with some of my close friends, (unfortunately a lot of them had to leave for their holiday already...) But I had a lovely time none the less.

I had the dinner at the Benihana restaurant at the Beach Rotana. I love Japanese food so I was happy to try a new restaurant even though it's a japanese american fusion.
The atmosphere was really nice and it was cool how we got to sit around the chef's station as he cooked for us. The food was cooked tepenyaki style so he was performing whilst cooking.

 In front of the restaurant
My outfit:
Dress + Jacket are from Stradivarius
Shoes are from Topshop
S necklace was a gift

(btw I know my shoes really don't match my spring dress but because I sent all of my stuff back to australia they were my only shoes I could wear aside from sneakers...;___;)

My gorgeous friends, Kaye, Nour and Mariam! They really made the last few years a lot of fun! We're all going our separate ways for unit but I'm really going to miss them and all the fun we got up to.

This was the cook for our table and he was so funny. He had this nervous laugh that made us laugh even harder. The performance involved a lot of tricks and moves that involved flipping the food around and it was really entertaining to watch.

He also made cute messages with the food...
Sorry for not getting any food shots but I was having too much fun to think about that clearly...
My Cake
 Lol blowing out the candles!

I had a great time with my mum and my friends and I would definitely recommend this style of meal to people who are nervous about eating Japanese food. The excitement of the performance gives a new element to the food so it's really enjoyable!

Lebanon Holiday + Haul *picture heavy*

Hi Hi,
So I went to Lebanon for a week to visit my Dad and I wanted to share with you my experiences there. Lebanon is a great place if you're a rich white person....I'm not trying to say bad things about the country because there are a lot of good people there but I generally felt a little let down by my interactions with the people I met with the exception of a few. Anyway it was fun to experience new things and I did a lot of shopping too :D

My dad and I!I know he looks so young but he's almost 50...lol I hope he gave me his ageing genes so I can look 30 in my 40s
Lebanon has really nice scenery because it's mountainous and next to the sea.
This is the corniche at night time...sorry for the low quality photo but my iphone doesn't do well in darkness.

 At the Grottos

You're not allowed to take cameras inside but it's amazingly big so if you ever visit lebanon I recommend you give the caves a visit!
Next was the castle near Tripoli, nonestly i forgot the name of the place but it was still pretty cool.

We had lunch first before exploring the castle and it was good. The waiters didn't speak english so things were a bit awkward. We ordered a chicken salad that my dad hated because it had honey all over the chicken making it the sweetest salad I had ever tasted. But for that reason I really enjoyed it because I'm a classic sweet tooth.
My main also had honey on it, as well as parma ham, chicken and figs. It was the best pizza base I've ever had so I seriously loved it :3

Sadly a lot of the castle was run down and a bit vandalised. I was shocked to see so much rubbish around the building but it was still very beautiful.

There was a monkey tied to this post as someone's pet...I was kinda pissed about that but everyone else, including my dad, thought is was normal...wth

There was also a wax museum which was pretty lame...but I laughed really hard when saw this wax statue of a creep mermaid.
More food shots...

Shopping...
So I ended up buying a tone of summer and winter stuff as well as a few make-up things. The shops I went to were H&M, Victoria Secret, Massimo Dutti, Body Shop, Aldo, American Eagle and MAC. I would go in to more detail later on some of the things I bought!

See you next time,
